Q. Do we have to make use of your Legal and Financial Panel?
- Our Panel of advisors are completely separate to Profitz Ltd and you are under no circumstances obliged to make use of their services. Some Property Groups / Developer may insist on you using their nominated advisors due to the sensitivity of some deals and as such we would normally advise our member accordingly.
- We know how difficult it is to find a good and trustworthy solicitor or advisor, we have been there ourselves. As we have worked for many years with our panel of expert advisors we are more than happy to refer them to all our members and hope that you too will benefit from them as much as we did...

Q. How long does it take for Profitz Ltd to refer us to the Property group or Developer?
- Good question! If you are a new member, we would normally vet and educate you first as to how we function. Once we know you have been fully informed as to how our Property Groups / Developer’s deals has been structured, only then will we pass your information on to our Groups/ Developers who will then get in touch with you immediately. This whole process normally takes a couple of minutes. If you are of course one of our seasoned investors and knows what to expect and are familiar with our services, then we will pass your information on straight away. This will of course only be the case if we did not negotiate the deals ourselves.

Q. How much is your service fee?
- Nothing! We earn our fees from the Groups and Developers. Our aim is to provide you as well as our property groups a professional service, leaving our Developers to focus on building and our Property groups to Negotiate and structure some of these amazing deals.

Q. Why use you and not go straight to the Developer or Property Group?
- This is a valid point! Profitz Ltd only works with a handful of selected Property Groups and Developers. We make sure that all our Deals are genuine and profitable.

- This is correct; we will keep your information on file until you ask us to remove it.

Q. Are you regulated by the Financial Authority?
- No we are not registered by the Financial Authority, only our financial advisor are approved and regulated. Please ask one of our consultants for further information.
